2. Secure your booking

Signing a service agreement and a 35% retainer fee is required to start. After that, you will have all the knowledge, photoshoot advice, and any planning help you may need.

This is one of the most common worries. My approach is to be a friendly person your kids can trust, to create a safe environment, to engage with them, and to capture the moment. Therefore, I’d prepare with small games, suitable props for the age, and prompts to hold a child’s attention long enough to catch the real moment, not a forced “cheese” smile.

My simple answer: We can take a rest. Your photoshoot’s pacing is planned around your slowest-moving family member. That means the session is built with rest, safety, and a schedule that doesn’t rush anyone.

I personally guide you in posing. From my experience, almost every family feels this way before their session. It’s the most common thing families mention afterward that the feelings quickly disappeared. The proof is that most of the family photos on my website are from families like you.

A backup plan, rescheduling policy, and cancellation policy are available to help lift the burden of the weather and the plan failure out of your family photography experience. These are stated in the service agreement.

Yes, you can! And most families do. Planning happens over email or message well before you arrive, so by the time you land, the only thing left to do is show up.

You can expect to receive your final gallery within 4 weeks of the photoshoot date. A sneak peek gallery will be delivered within 48 hours of your photoshoot/event.

They are a private online gallery with high-resolution edited images that will be delivered to you for viewing, downloading, and storage. A shareable online gallery is available upon your request.

If I could deliver your full gallery in 2 weeks, I would definitely do so. However, from my practice over the years, I would rather my clients wait 4 weeks for a pretty gallery than 2 weeks with rushed editing.

After online consultation, once you feel we’re the right fit, you will sign a photography service agreement + put down a retainer fee to confirm your booking.
Planning assistance: I will guide you on locations, local services, and timings that fit your vision and weather.
Photoshoot: You are on holiday; the last thing you want is to add more work. Just relax and enjoy quality time with your family. I will help preserve your precious time together.
Complete the remaining payment
Deliverables: You will receive a sneak peek within 48 hours, and a full gallery within 4 weeks.
