Why my service is a good investment?

With 7 years experience in the photography industry, I have worked with hundreds clients. My job is not only to photograph, but also to listen and understand the people that I’m capturing. I will help you to feel comfortable in front of the camera.
With a family photoshoot, I’m experienced working with kids from age 2 to teenagers. I keen on a friendly approach to be a person they can trust, create a safe environment and engage with them, then I will capture their natural, beautiful moments with their parents.

I’m a local photographer, you will have someone who knows where to go and what to expect.

I speak English fluently so you will have an ease of communication with me. I can also help you with any language barriers you may have with local services (makeup artist, hair stylist,…) during planning process and on the photoshoot.

I provide tailored package to suit family’s needs. You can request a personally designed package & a timeline that fit you and everything you want for your day.

Photograph files are crucial to my service. I work my best to ensure your photos are never lost due to a backup issue. From the moment I capture each image, it’s saved twice in my camera. Then, I import the photos to my computer, a hard drive and a cloud, and sometimes even an additional hard drive.

Online Gallery

You will receive your online gallery of high-resolution edited photos within 4 weeks from your photoshoot. The gallery is private and allows unlimited downloads.

Local Guidance

A huge advantage when you hire a local photographer is that I know where to go, what to expect. I will help you with finding locations, local services. I will help you design a timeline that suits your travel plan & style. Important parts of the your day would be considerably organized at the best lighting at the photo spot.

Photo Storage

Keep your high-resolution photos safe and you can access anytime for an entire year. It can be extended.

No Additional Travel Fees

My travel costs are included in all packages. No extra fee, no hidden fees you need to worry about.

2. Secure your booking

Sign a service agreement to confirm your booking. I only require a 35% retainer to start. After that, you will have all my knowledge, photoshoot advice, and any planning help you may need.

3. Guidance

I will suggest locations, local services and activity ideas to help you plan your photoshoot. I’m here to help you create your most memorable family photoshoot experience in Vietnam.

Frequently Asked Questions

A private online gallery with high resolution edited images will be delivered to you for viewing, downloading and storage. A sharable online gallery is available upon your request.

You can expect to receive your gallery within 4 weeks from your family photoshoot day.

If I could deliver your full gallery in 2 weeks, I would definitely do. However from my practice over the years, I would rather my clients wait 4 weeks for a pretty gallery than 2 weeks with rushed editing.

Sneak peak gallery will be delivered within 48 hours from your photoshoot/event.

I only require a 30-35% non-refundable retainer fee to secure your booking. The retainer fee is a deposit credited toward the service fee.

The retainer fee can be transferred via PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram, SWIFT code interbank or Cryptocurrency.

I also prepare a few more payment transfer methods which may be available in your country. We can discuss about it in our consultation call. My goal is to provide you a suitable, economical way.

For family photoshoot, I have experience working with kids from age 2 to teenager. I keen on a friendly approach to be a person they can trust, create a safe environment and engage with them, then I will capture their natural, beautiful moments with their parents.

After online consultation, once you feel we’re the right fit, you will sign a photography service agreement + put down a retainer fee to confirm your booking.
Planning assistance: I will suggestion locations, local services and activity ideas to help you plan your photoshoot.
Photoshoot: you are on a holiday, relax and enjoy quality time with your family. I will photograph your precious time together.
Complete the remaining payment
Receive photographs: You will receive a sneak peek gallery within 48 hours, full gallery within 4 weeks from your photoshoot date.
