When you’re determined about working with me, reserve your photoshoot date by signing a contract and putting down a retainer fee, you secure your day.
Planning
I’ll provide guidance for your family photoshoot, including:
– Location suggestion: based on your input, I’ll suggest locations that align with your needs and family member’s convenience.
– Local vendor suggestion: Once you have chosen your desired location, I’ll suggest reliable local vendors to assist in bringing your dream family photo to life. I can also help you communicate / translate with local Vietnamese vendors when needed.
– Activity ideas: Looking for something more than a typical family portrait photoshoot? Add some adventure and fun to your big day with age-customized activity options. There are plenty of ideas such as bike cycling, sand-castle building, pool swimming, sightseeing, scooter-driving, paddle boarding, food tour, etc that will make your day truly unforgettable.
– Timeline creation: the last & important part of planning is to create a timeline that ensures you’ll be at your photo spots for good lighting of the day and be suitable with your travel schedule.

Photography coverage of one full day (up to 8 hours)
Planning to visit multiple attractions in Mui Ne and you want every moment to be captured. This is the ultimate choice for a full-day family adventure in the beach city.
I’ll document your day for a duration up to 8 hours. With this timeframe, you’ll have plenty of time for portrait sessions of each family at various locations, exploring the island and watching the sunset together. All of it will be captured!
Photos gallery
You’ll receive an amount of 300 high-resolution edited photos in an online gallery within 4 weeks of your photoshoot. The gallery is private and allows unlimited downloads for an entire year.
Planning assistance
I will assist you with your planning, including: finding locations, suggesting and communicating with local suppliers (makeup artist, hair stylist, transport, tour guide, etc), suggesting activity ideas and designing the photoshoot timeline.
My travel fees are included
My base is Ho Chi Minh City, my travel expenses to Mui Ne are already included. There are no additional fees except your photoshoot includes something incredible like island hopping on a private boat/yacht, or cable cars, I’ll just need a seat so I can document you having the time of your lives.

ADD-ON SERVICES
As a local photographer, I have connections with makeup artists on the island. I will help you explain what you want, suggest the artist that suits your style, and arrange your booking. The makeup artist will show up and do their service at your accommodation, their travel fees are included.
Where you engage with a polaroid camera, take some photographs of your loved ones then enjoy the excitement of instant printing together. It brings a lot of joys.
1 Fujifilm Instax Mini 90 camera + 60 slides + album / day
Adding a different perspective to view your photoshoot spot, a bird view! Drone camera captures multiple elements in one frame & makes it look unique.
Due to Vietnam drone law, I will only use the drone at allowed areas with permission. If a problem arises, I’ll give notice beforehand.
Additional time with your main photographer per hour. This add-on is for time and an extra 30 edited images.
Making a holiday family film with a professional is not only a fun activity for everyone in the family, but it is also something that will be treasured for years to come. You will receive a 3-4 minute film.
